Marianne is a gastrointestinal physiologist working in Manchester. She graduated in Biomedical Science from Lancaster University before joining the graduate training scheme at The Functional Gut Clinic.
As well as practical training at The Functional Gut Clinic she completed the Accredited Scientific Training programme at Newcastle University to become a Clinical Physiologist. Marianne performs a range of physiology testing including oesophageal manometry, reflux testing and anorectal manometry.
She is also involved in many of the research projects that the company do to improve our understanding of functional gastrointestinal disorders.
