PelviPower™

What is PelviPower™?

PelviPower™ is an innovative non-invasive approach that effectively strengthens your pelvic floor and surrounding muscles with minimal effort. This method allows you to train comfortably while seated and in your everyday clothes. By integrating advanced medical technology with personalised training support, PelviPower™ combines magnetic field therapy and biofeedback to deliver targeted results.

Who should consider the treatment?

Individuals who should consider the PelviPower™ treatment include:

  1. Pelvic floor weakness: Urinary and faecal incontinence can significantly impact your quality of life, affecting daily routines and causing stress due to leakage and loss of control. Managing these symptoms can become a central focus of your day, making it challenging to enjoy everyday activities.
  2. Postnatal recovery: Pelvic floor training before and after childbirth is a vital preventative measure that supports the healing process for new mothers. The hormonal changes during pregnancy and the physical demands of childbirth place significant strain on the pelvic floor muscles, making targeted training essential for recovery and long-term well-being.
  3. Back pain: The pelvic floor muscles are closely linked to the back muscles, meaning that weakness in one often affects the other. Weak pelvic floor muscles can lead to back pain, while underdeveloped back muscles and poor posture can further weaken the pelvic floor.
  4. Sport – Preventative pelvic floor training: Strengthening your pelvic floor can prevent many problems from ever appearing in the first place! This holistic approach which helps you build a solid foundation for overall body stability and improved well-being.

What happens during the treatment?

  • Quick and Painless: The treatment is quick and generally painless, lasts between 15 to 22 minutes and 6 or 10 sessions are recommended for maximum benefit.
  • Minimal Discomfort: Most patients do not experience significant discomfort. If necessary, mild pain relievers can help alleviate any soreness post-test.
