Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase of your postal breath test, we’re

here to help you.

Applicable to:

  • Hydrogen & Methane Breath Tests (Postal)

  • H-Pylori test

  • Gastric Emptying test

Returns

You have 7 calendar days from the date you received your breath test kit to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your kit must be unopened and in the same condition as when you received it.

Please contact [email protected] to confirm whether you are eligible for a refund.

If your return is approved, please include a covering letter with the following details:

- Full name

- Address

- Date of birth

- Confirmation that the test kit is being returned unused

Refunds

Once we receive your kit, it will be inspected and dismantled. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note that a £100 test cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 working days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

If you wish to return your breath test kit, please note that return postage costs must be covered by you.
