We’re the only private gastrointestinal physiology service in the UK to have IQIPS (Improving Quality in Physiology Services) accreditation – a standard recognised by GPs and a difficult one to obtain. We’re also inspected by the CQC, the independent regulator. This means we adhere to the highest standards and are independently assessed.

Patients with health insurance
We are recognised by all major health insurance companies (Bupa, Aviva, AXA PPP, Cigna, Vitality, WPA). Before you come in for your test, please make sure you speak to your insurance company to confirm your policy cover and obtain a pre-authorisation number.
When we have received a referral for you, we’ll be in touch to book your test and will ask for:
- The name of your insurance company
- Your policy or membership number
- Your claim reference number or pre-authorisation code
Afterwards, we’ll liaise directly with your insurance company for payment.
